Let me address the "financial question" for the overnight :
The only thing you have to pay for are the meals.
[System]
Can we agree to all put money in one place then use the money to pay for the meals regardless if someone (*_*) eats more than the other?
The idea behind this is to simplify the monetary process and not feel streesed if the money for food will fit or not.
(addition)
I plan to probably just collect 500 for the first two days from each one then see where it gets us. Will collect the next 500 for the next day or earlier if needed and the last 500 if the situation calls for it.
[Estimate]
1,500 php per person should be enough.
(clarification)
1,500 should be enough, but I think 1,000 per person for the food will do it if the price is a bit high. Please comment cause as far as I'm concerned ~ silence means "YES"!

I'm fine with paying P1,500.
Hm..okay. I agree that all of us should bring a minimum of P1,500 to the overnight. I also agree that we should first deposit at least P500 to the "community fund." instead of all our cash. My suggestion is that we use the
A A Zhi system (KKB) in cases wherein we have seperate orders such as Mcdo, KFC, Teriyaki Boy, etc. While in cases wherein we share the food (such as pizza), we use the community funds. I know it makes the system a bit more complicated, but some may not want to spend money for the other's food.
I just woke up, so excuse me for all the grammatical errors.
