I vote for the betrayers, Darth Vader VS Illidan. Nothing like a good bashing of back-stabbers for some entertainment.
Hm..
1. In a match between Darth Vader and Illidan, I'd say that speed (total distance/total time) would be the deciding factor. Both are powerful in their own type of *magic*, Darth Vader having the Force, while Illidan having both arcane and demonic magic. If Darth Vader manages to Force choke Illidan before he could strike, then he'd win. But, if Illidan manages to conflagerate Vader before he attacks, then he'd be the victor. As for melee combat, Vader's weapon is more powerful, but Illidan is a lot faster in his movements, so, still, a matter of speed.
2. I don't know the powers of Daiblo as I've never played the game, but I'd say he'd win since he's a god/lord of Hell. A Bloodthirster is just a major demon, an avatar of Khorne if you will, but not Khorne himself. What I'd like to see is a fight between Khorne and Diablo.
3. This is a tough one, a basically immortal god of the dead versus a psychic bitch of the universe. I'd say if it comes to melee combat, Arthas would own Kerrigan's ass, Frostmourne is just way more powerful than spiked claws. For magical/psychic prowess, I'd vote on Kerrigan, her psychic powers could just disrupt Ner'Zhul's mind control over his minions, thus killing all of them and maybe...freeing Arthas's soul.

I'm surprised Chuck Norris ain't mentioned here.
That's because Chuck Norris would win against them all at the same time, no contest.
Its not hard to make that fight in DOTA...Dark Vader and Diablo models are available ata. But I vote Khorne vs. Diablo.
